Community Engagement Workshop

In partnership with and at the WSU Lithgow Transformation Hub on ‘How Your Mind Works’. These workshops are run specifically for community members and parents, and together we will be delving into the phenomenology of Mind and examining some practical approaches in learning to control your mind for health, wellbeing, and education.  

If you have ever been kept awake at night with your mind racing, or haven’t been able to stop thinking about something, or just wanted to know why people act the way they do, then come along and learn how your, and other peoples', mind really works!
